The Real Value of the Right Business Coach to Spark a Breakthrough!


Business Coaching and MentoringWhether you’re an entrepreneur, executive or a working for someone, you are a distinctive person no matter what of the type of business you’re in. As a person, you have characteristics, beliefs and habits that you have developed from the day you were born until day. It’s these beliefs and habits that make up our personalities and who we are. Some of these beliefs and habits support our daring big dreams and goals and make us influential thought leaders, and others don’t. The beliefs and habits we have shape the decisions we make, our mindset, how we care for others and how we act in response to situations.

For a person with the craving to grow and achieve success on their terms, situations and challenges happen that are customary in business and life. How we cope with these moments, even when they appear negative, influences how we react, the actions we take, and our mindset toward them, which influences the outcome. Does the outcome of these situations support your growth, your dreams, your goals and the direction you desire to go in? These situations, also referred to as “critical moments” can be big, but frequently it’s the small key moments that are more common that are regularly overlooked and not given thoughtful consideration.

These small key moments we come upon persist to shape us over the course of our lives and are a bigger part in our success than what you may imagine. When our actions, habits and beliefs, shaped from these small key moments, are not supportive, they block our success more than the obvious critical things that take place. Our reaction to the less important, more frequent key moments during our lives will establish how we act in response to the bigger more defining moments.

As a person with the craving to get a lot more out of life, or business, how do you transform these beliefs, habits and the idea from which you live to support your future growth? Transforming habits, behaviours and beliefs as a person can seem an impossible job; it’s the reason there are thousands of self-help books out there. If it were an easy thing to do, and with all the information accessible to us on how to transform and change, why is it that a lot of us don’t?

Coaching has been proven by many people and businesses to be a valuable means to help a person or business shift directions and change habits, behaviours and perspectives that will change the outcomes of their future decisions to support their daring big goals, dreams, and the direction they choose to follow.

Does mindset and marketing business coaching really work? Is mindset and marketing business coaching valuable? That depends on how essential success is to you. It depends on your degree of desire and commitment to transform and grow to achieve much more out of life. If the craving to achieve more and to change is missing, then coaching will be of little value to you or your business. However, when desire and 100% commitment are present; coaching has been proven to be a practical method for great growth and success to improve your influence, impact and income and where many achieve significant results.

Why do some people succeed in achieving their goals and dreams and others don’t?  Simply put, people that succeed have desire, commitment and discipline and choose to live intentionally and laser focus on the right things that get them the right results, therefore achieve success.

For many people and businesses, their belief system and perspectives see coaching in life and business as something vague, and, as a result, they essentially under value mindset and marketing business coaching as a method for transformation and growth and carry on down the same path of limited or backwards growth. Continuing to do the same activities and expecting different results is a real disconnect between realistic goals and actions. A lot of times this can be seen as competing priorities or a lack of focus, and in the end resulting in little or no results and lots of frustration.

Coaching and achieving results or success is a process. If you look at it from the perspective that it is vague or mysterious, then how would you ever develop and build a plan that allows you to achieve repeatable and predictable results that are specific to you to improve your influence, impact and income?
